Amour Fantasia 於2006年年初於尖沙咀開業，售賣傳統及創新的歐陸式甜點。 店主Helen畢業於旅遊服務業培訓發展中心一年西式包餅課程後，先後從事西餅製作及開班授徙，製餅經驗豐富。 有見於香港飲食文化日趨百花齊放，飲食除了代表對生活的熱愛、品味的追求、更有與人共享快樂的意義。 Amour Fantasia－－「愛的狂想曲」，亦由此孕育出來。Helen希望將擁有遠古流長文化的糕點化為舞台，演繹她對糕餅的愛與誠。

店主Helen親力親為，嚴格監管環境及食物衛生的、精挑細選頂級材料、大膽調配不同口味、準確掌握每個工序、匠心設計個別造型，務求為每件糕點注以愛與生命。 欣賞Amour Fantasia的糕點，由千嬌百媚的外型開始，再讓味覺展開探索旅程，遊走於意想不到的美妙配搭，甚至連餅底亦不容錯過，因為它亦是以高級食材製成，令人回味不已。 此外，Amour Fantasia亦會按著客人要求，配合其獨特的氣質，為他們設計個性化糕餅，作為送禮自奉、傳情達意的體物。

Amour Fantasia位於尖沙嘴百利商場地下，別緻的小店以黑、白、紅為主調，配以懷舊水晶燈，一室明亮簡約，格調優雅，正好與Amour Fantasia糕點互相配合。 店舖位於旅遊及商業區中寧靜的一角，使人有種「繁華城市中的安樂窩」的感覺。讓顧客享受到糕餅之餘而又有得到更多生活的啟示。

Amour Fantasia was founded in 2006. The founder, Ms Helen Lo (Helen) started the shop in Tsimshatsui that specialized in traditional western style pastries.

Helen has devoted herself in the art of pastry. She studied 1 year Bakery and Partry (Western) at the Hospitaility Industry Training and Development Centre and applied what she learnt at a weekend workshop when she was still a student. After graduated, she explored herself in a renowned pastry kitchen as well as sharing her knowledge in teaching classes. In the eyes of Helen, pastry is something about life. It is about diverge of cultures, passion of living, desires of style… and, share of happiness. Helen wished to express her passion and heart through the performing stage of pastries. The concept of Amour Fantasia was then incubated in her mind.
